ipf ftp proxy somewhat works(*) for me on 4.99.72 in both active and
passive mode. I'm not sure the ipf in netbsd-4 is much different (or at last
I don't remember having more ipf bugs when running netbsd-4 ...)

(*) kern/25810: ipf4 ftp proxy has problems with long 221- lines
