How to use wiconfig?

Hello all,

I have a Realtek rtl8187b USB wireless dongle. NetBSD 4.0 (with generic
laptop kernel) recognizes it as:

    ugen0 at uhub0 port 1
    ugen0: Realtek RTL8187B_WLAN_Adapter, rev 2.00/2.00, addr 2

Then, how to configure it? I tried,

    wiconfig ugen0

but NetBSD said:

    wiconfig: SIOCG80211NWID: Device not configured

I'm in a wpa-psk authentication network.
