raid tools

Hi

We have a 3Ware 9500s-8 raid controller with NetBSD 4. We are trying to 
use the tw_cli tool, but it when we use the "info" option it says "no 
controller found".
We can access the controller through its BIOS.
Can anyone assist me with this?
