cvsweb links in commit messages

Hi,

At the moment, our cvs commit messages to source-changes@ generate lines
like

cvs rdiff -r1.1 -r1.2 src/<wherever>/file.c

Would it be possible to have these also generate a link to cvsweb?

Ie

http://cvsweb.netbsd.org/bsdweb.cgi/src/<wherever>/file.c.diff??r1=1.1&r2=1.2

?
