installing beyond 1024 cyl

hello list,

I would like to have my swap partition "b" at  the beginning of the
disk (sector 63) and partition "a" starting after "b". The size of my
swap partition is 4 GB.
An installation like this renders unbootable.
If there any solution, to have a working setup like this ?

Any ideas ?
