GENERIC.MP: kernal panics while mounting file systems

Hello,

I have a new computer with an Intel G31 Board (ICH7) and an Intel Dual Core 
processor. Using the GENERIC kernel (NetBSD-4) works fine, but I really would
like to use both cores. 
Using a GENERIC.MP kernel I get the following panic:

Is there any way to configure a KERNEL in order to use both cores?
