Guide update for foomatic support

I apologize if you receive this for the xxth time, my relay seems
to have blocked my prior e-mails on this matter, but you never
know...

I've attached a patch which explains how to make use of foomatic
support christos@ recently added to lpr. I hope it's useful as
basis for improvement.
