Building the netbsd-10 branch on a Debian 12 host fails at an early stage with
an error message like

  env: '/dev/shm/build/2025.06.01.12.34.58-macppc-10/tools/bin/nbdate': No such file or directory

The problem started with the pullup commit

  2024.04.20.13.26.35 martin src/external/bsd/ntp/lib/libntp/Makefile 1.25.6.3
