Bluetooth is not working on Dell Inspiron 9400 running NetBSD-i386 3.99.21. Kernel reports SIOCSBTFLAGS: Resource temporarily unavailable when issuing "btconfig ubt0 up" command. This worked on a Dell Insprion 9300 laptop. The problem is thought to be due to the EHCI controller used on the Dell Inspiron 9400. For more detailed information read the following email thread:
