11.1 upgrade: set list issues for 'postinstall fix'

Hi!

After updating to 11.1 I compared the unpacked set contents with the
files in '/', and I found a couple extra files that were not
automatically deleted by 'postinstall fix'.

* I don't understand the libraries in /usr/lib/i386. I know that
  '*.so.x.y' and '*.so.x' are kept after version bumps to keep old
  software running, but that doesn't apply to *.a files; the *.so
  files are perhaps fine.

* The /usr/libdata/ldscripts/elf_k1om.* files are in the set lists:

  comp/md.amd64:./usr/libdata/ldscripts/elf_k1om.x                comp-obsolete   obsolete,binutils=239
  comp/md.amd64:./usr/libdata/ldscripts/elf_k1om.x                comp-util-bin           binutils=234

  Is "obsolete,binutils=239" perhaps not properly supported?

* I don't understand the openssl HTML pages:

  manhtml/mi:./usr/share/man/html1/openssl_CA.pl.html	man-obsolete	obsolete

  That line was added in 1.4 and NetBSD 11 branched from 1.30.
  Is perhaps the manhtml file ignored completely for this?

* /usr/share/man/man7/crypto.7 - This looks like the obsolete entry is missing for openssl > 3.0

  comp/mi:./usr/share/man/man7/crypto.7	comp-c-man	.man,openssl=11
  comp/mi:./usr/share/man/man7/crypto.7	comp-c-man	.man,openssl=30

  Perhaps these can just be marked as obsolete and OpenSSL 1.1 and 3.0
  removed from the source tree, since everything's switched to 3.5
  AFAICT.

I didn't check all files, so perhaps there are more problems hiding here.
