current kernels need a clean rebuild

Hi folks,

after Taylor started fixing the stack smashing disaster (SSP) and fixed
the headers, current kernels will not be able to update-build. If you
try you will get a lot of undefined references to `__stack_chk_guard'.

Cleaning the kernel build directory (minimaly:
find . -type f -name \*.o|xargs rm) will fix this. The easiest way
is to completely rm -rf the kernel compile directory before running config(8)
or using build.sh kernel=...
