The issues related to this should be fixed now, at least on amd64 (I have
completed a build release for that) - I am doing an i386 build next, but I
am not anticipating any problems, the issues were not architecture dependent.

They were however build option dependent, if you do builds with non-standard
options (eg: without INET6 or similar) and that causes any issues with the
build of the new dhcpcd please file a PR, and if you're a developer, assign
it to roy@ (if you're not, say so in the PR, and I'll reassign it).
