uvnfp2 / biowait

Posting just because I remember recently wondering what a process was up
to and seeing it was in uvnfp2.

I was just doing an rsync from umass0/msdos to ld0/zfs when rsync
stalled. It was in uvnfp2, now it is in biowait.

Presumably I missed anything interesting. kill -KILL 1585 insufficient
need to reboot... (Dec 19 -current/amd64)
