i386/openssl on amd64?

Hej

i tried to build todays amd64 distribution (native, and -current) but was unsuccessful:
checkflist ===> distrib/sets
--- check_DESTDIR ---
--- checkflist ---
#   execute  checkflist
cd /usr/src/distrib/sets &&  DESTDIR=/usr/obj/destdir.NetBSD-10.99.4-amd64  MACHINE=amd64  MACHINE_ARCH=x86_64  AWK=/usr/obj/tooldir.NetBSD-10.99.4-amd64/bin/nbawk  CKSUM=/usr/obj/tooldir.NetBSD-10.99.4-amd64/bin/nbcksum  DB=/usr/obj/tooldir.NetBSD-10.99.4-amd64/bin/nbdb  EGREP=/usr/obj/tooldir.NetBSD-10.99.4-amd64/bin/nbgrep\ -E  HOST_SH=/bin/sh  MAKE=/usr/obj/tooldir.NetBSD-10.99.4-amd64/bin/nbmake  MKTEMP=/usr/obj/tooldir.NetBSD-10.99.4-amd64/bin/nbmktemp  MTREE=/usr/obj/tooldir.NetBSD-10.99.4-amd64/bin/nbmtree  PAX=/usr/obj/tooldir.NetBSD-10.99.4-amd64/bin/nbpax  COMPRESS_PROGRAM=/usr/obj/tooldir.NetBSD-10.99.4-amd64/bin/nbxz  GZIP=-n  XZ_OPT=-9  TAR_SUFF=tar.xz  PKG_CREATE=/usr/obj/tooldir.NetBSD-10.99.4-amd64/bin/nbpkg_create  SED=/usr/obj/tooldir.NetBSD-10.99.4-amd64/bin/nbsed  TSORT=/usr/obj/tooldir.NetBSD-10.99.4-amd64/bin/nbtsort\ -q  /bin/sh /usr/src/distrib/sets/checkflist  -L base,x  -M /usr/obj/destdir.NetBSD-10.99.4-amd64/METALOG.sanitised
====== 3 missing files in DESTDIR =======Files in flist but missing from DESTDIR.
File wasn't installed ?
------------------------------------------
./usr/lib/i386/openssl
./usr/lib/i386/openssl/engines
./usr/lib/i386/openssl/modules
======== end of 3 missing files =========*** Failed target: checkflist

this seems strange, since all directories used were clean (disk newfs’ed) to ensure nothing old is left in the way. Only the source directory is cvs’ed anew over an old copy (cvs -dPA should do the job of cleaning up)

last cvs output was:
? build-current
? build-current.log
? cvs.log
? installkernels
? installsets
? sys/arch/amd64/conf/ZAPPA
P etc/defaults/rc.conf
P lib/libc/sys/getrandom.2
P usr.bin/ftp/fetch.c
P usr.bin/xlint/lint1/debug.c
P usr.bin/xlint/lint1/decl.c
P usr.bin/xlint/lint1/externs1.h
P usr.bin/xlint/lint1/func.c
P usr.bin/xlint/lint1/lex.c

That seems quite OK to me. Should i just repeat until it works or is there something someone can fix or point me to the solution because of … better knowledge?

Cheers
	Oskar
