Yes, and also that pullup ticket queues for -10 exist.

It is building right now (see the second url):

Currently building tag: netbsd-10 started at Sat Dec 17 04:29:51 UTC 2022 18 passed so far 

and when that build is done it will appear in the daily site
and there will be armbsd.org images for it.
