pf(4) and altq in -current

Hi,

with yesterday's 9.99.108 kernel, the altq instructions in my pf.conf 
broke, because "unsupported".

Is this a conscious change, five minutes before branching -10, or a 
regression?

I couldn't find anything related in doc/CHANGES*, nor anywhere else 
(which probably doesn't mean much, NetBSD information is not very 
search-engine-able).
