'fluxbox' from pkgsrc-2022Q2 works fine on 9.99.99 (didn't get around to
trying it until just now although it's one of my usual complement of
packages).  'fvwm{,2}' hangs.  I don't usually build any other window
managers.

When I've figured out how to proceed with pkgsrc-HEAD on netbsd-9, I'll
update to pkgsrc-HEAD and rebuild everything on 9.99.99 and see how it
goes.
