Checksum mismatch of -HEAD and -STABLE sets on nycdn

Noticed this morning, and just now, that checksums of files pulled from
`latest/' (both -HEAD and 9.2_STABLE) din't match those in their hash
files. A listing looks OK:

$ lynx -dump -nolist https://nycdn.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/HEAD/latest/amd64/binary/sets/
            Index of pub/NetBSD-daily/HEAD/latest/amd64/binary/sets/

             Name              Last modified       Size
   Parent Directory          03-Aug-2022 11:05      1kB
   MD5                       03-Aug-2022 17:51      2kB
   SHA512                    03-Aug-2022 17:51      4kB
   base.tar.xz               03-Aug-2022 11:26  45464kB
[...]
$

but, this is misleading as the files I get are old (tried from the US,
Seattle and Europe, the Netherlands):

$ ftp https://nycdn.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/HEAD/latest/amd64/binary/sets/base.tar.xz
[...]
$ ls -l base.tar.xz -rw------- 1 rvp wheel 46564496 Jul 25 01:03 base.tar.xz
$

as are the contents:

$ tar -tvf base.tar.xz | tail
drwxr-xr-x  0 root     wheel         0 Jul 24 20:28 ./var/spool/output/lpd
drwxr-xr-x  0 root     wheel         0 Jul 24 20:28 ./var/spool/postfix
drwxr-xr-x  0 root     wheel         0 Jul 24 20:28 ./var/spool/postfix/etc
drwxrwxrwx  0 root     wheel         0 Jul 24 20:28 ./var/spool/sockets
drwxrwxrwt  0 root     wheel         0 Jul 24 20:28 ./var/tmp
drwxrwxrwt  0 root     wheel         0 Jul 24 20:28 ./var/tmp/vi.recover
drwxr-x---  0 _tss     _tss          0 Jul 24 20:28 ./var/tpm
drwxr-xr-x  0 root     wheel         0 Jul 24 20:28 ./var/www
drwxr-xr-x  0 root     wheel         0 Jul 24 20:28 ./var/yp
drwxr-xr-x  0 root     wheel         0 Jul 24 20:28 ./var/yp/binding
$

Obviously, (most of) the checksums fail:

$ printf '%s\n' *.xz | fgrep -f- SHA512 | sha1 -c
(SHA512) base.tar.xz: FAILED
(SHA512) comp.tar.xz: FAILED
(SHA512) etc.tar.xz: FAILED
(SHA512) games.tar.xz: FAILED
(SHA512) man.tar.xz: FAILED
(SHA512) misc.tar.xz: FAILED
(SHA512) tests.tar.xz: FAILED
(SHA512) text.tar.xz: FAILED
(SHA512) xbase.tar.xz: FAILED
(SHA512) xcomp.tar.xz: FAILED
(SHA512) xetc.tar.xz: FAILED
(SHA512) xfont.tar.xz: FAILED
