i386 install failing

Hi ryo,

NetBSD-current/i386 panics when booting the install media since your
recent COMPAT_LINUX32 commits, with

  panic: kernel diagnostic assertion "*e->e_sigobject == NULL" failed: file "/tmp/build/2021.11.25.03.08.05-i386/src/sys/kern/kern_exec.c", line 2032

The sparc port is also broken; it installs but panics when booting the installed
system.
