Re: HEAD tools build broken on amd64
With up-to-date sources (updated on 2020-09-06 at 15:51:27 UTC), I am
still getting this while building tools:
...
In file included from /build/netbsd-compat/src_ro/tools/binutils/../../external/gpl3/binutils/dist/bfd/i386netbsd.c:38:
/build/netbsd-compat/src_ro/tools/binutils/../../external/gpl3/binutils/dist/bfd/netbsd.h:54:10: fatal error: bfd.h: No such file or directory
#include "bfd.h"
^~~~~~~
compilation terminated.
*** [i386netbsd.lo] Error code 1
nbmake[7]: stopped in /build/netbsd-compat/obj/amd64/tools/binutils/build/bfd
1 error
...
(I can provide additional log context if needed)
It seems that the babylon5 test bed is not seeing this, so I wonder if
there is a problem running on an NetBSD-amd64-9.99.66 host (my system)
vs whatever b5 is running?
Anyone have a clue? Is something perhaps including a header from the
host system rather than from the $SRCDIR tree?
