Rebuilt a kernel to get a netbsd.gdb file, so this is now PR kern/54945

(this box won't boot with DEBUG+LOCKDEBUG - I'm guessing because
of i915drmkms as the screen goes blank and it reboots when the
screen mode usually changes - and there is no serial console)
