What are the exact build rules?

I'm not reproducing it.

Please debug whether the rule in:

external/bsd/compiler_rt/lib/clang/lib/netbsd/syms.mk

is executed. Is it executed after creating .a files?

Please check whether gen_dynamic_list.sh runs and whether runs successfully.

external/bsd/compiler_rt/lib/clang/lib/netbsd/gen_dynamic_list.sh
