This fixed 54002, but 54001 and 54060 still apply.

These are still failing.

Also, here is a couple of regressions I missed in my initial list:

  kern/53980: INSTALL_XEN3PAE_DOMU from -current panics
  port-vax/54089: vax installer does not boot (init dies)
