testers for compat_linux in -current wanted

hi folks.


i've commited some clean up and fixes to sysv ipc calls in -current
that may affect linux binaries if they use some internal values that
were exported but are not anymore.

i doubt that they are used, but if anyone knows of linux apps with
extensive sysv ipc usage and can test them, that would be great.

make sure you have a tree with 
sys/compat/netbsd32/netbsd32_compat_14.c at revision 1.29 before
starting testing.
