Scanning the "REQUIRES" of all packages installed reveals that
"fontconfig-2.13.0nb1" requires "/usr/pkg/lib/libfreetype.so.6" while
all other packages use "/usr/X11R7/lib/libfreetype.so.18".

pkg-config picks up 22.0.16 from graphics/freetype2 while xsrc freetype2
is "22.1.16" and xsrc fontconfig is "2.12.4".

Hmm. My amd64-current system must not have needed to rebuild
fonts/fontconfig lately. Last built 28 March 2018, so right at
pkgsrc-2018Q1. Same with graphics/freetype2.

Trying to build fonts/fontconfig on amd64-current now results in the same
failure as reported on sparc-current.
