Christos,

The tests are still hanging at t_spawnattr as of source date
2017.12.20.10.01.38.  Also, it's affecting all six architectures
being tested on b5, including pmax which uses gxemul rather than
qemu, so the problem is not qemu specific.

The tests have now been inoperative for more than four days.
Please revert the commits that broke them so that other changes
can get tested.
