NOCTF vs NOPIE in src/share/mk/bsd.README

While browsing thru bsd.README I noticed that there are two sections for 
NOCTF.  The first one appears immediately following MKCTF section, while 
the second occurrence of NOCTF follows MKPIE.

I suspect that the second occurrence should reference NOPIE rather than 
NOCTF?
