     Yes, and no.  They would be correct for an i386 system.  Device
numbers are different for i386 and amd64.  Any time you do an update
or change archs, it is a good idea to rerun MAKEDEV.

     BTW, this was very obvious from the device not configured
error.  That error tells you that it was a "device" issue and had
nothing to do with the contents of the partition.  Even if it was
ffs, you wouldn't have been able to mount it.
