Extra files in DESTDIR with MKRUMP=no

On amd64,

$ ./build.sh distribution

from an empty obj directory failed
last night (and several times previously) with:

=======  4 extra files in DESTDIR  =========
Files in DESTDIR but missing from flist.
File is obsolete or flist is out of date ?
------------------------------------------
./usr/share/man/man3/rumpuser.3
./usr/share/man/man7/rump_sp.7
./usr/share/man/man7/rumpkernel.7
./usr/tests/net/mcast/Atffile
=========  end of 4 extra files  ===========

Since the autobuilds haven't caught this it may be due to
my non-default mk.conf settings (note MKRUMP=no):

  MKHESIOD=no
  MKHTML=no
  MKIPFILTER=no
  MKISCSI=no
  MKKERBEROS=no
  MKKMOD=no
  MKLDAP=no
  MKPF=no
  MKRUMP=no
  MKUNPRIVED=yes
  MKX11=yes
  MKYP=no
  MKZFS=no

It looks to me like the full NetBSD documentation has historically been
installed even in cases where some subsystems weren't built (in which
case the set lists need updating). Was it the intention to omit the
rump man pages when rump isn't installed? In that case, how should I
stop them being copied to DESTDIR?
