HEADS UP: dhcp 4.3.0 imported

Dear all,

I've imported dhcp 4.3.0 today.
The previous version was 4.2.5-P1.

The new version has dhcpv6 enabled.

I could only weakly test it, if you are able to give it some exercise
please do (and if you find issues, please report them).
