amd64 DRMKMS results

With today's -current, I have a usable X with an Ivy bridge laptop!

Oddities:

drm: MTRR allocation failed.  Graphics performance may suffer.
drm: GMBUS [i915 gmbus panel] timed out, falling back to bit banging on pin 3

vesa fallback has strange offsets

xdm flashes a login screen a few times, then settles to a black screen with
a cursor in the top left hand corner and a mouse pointer. Switching to
another virtual terminal works, and the pointer remains visible.

startx gives working X! (with UXA as per nonakap@'s suggestion)
