I've been running dovecot-2.1.15nb1 compiled on 6.99.23 amd64 for a
while and its been fine. I upgraded to 6.99.40 (kernel & userland) a
couple of days ago and the dovecot binary is still working OK as far as
I can see. imap clients connect OK and mail still goes out OK. I am
hanging fire before trashing/rebuilding a newer version under the latest
gcc till I have a spare server :-)
