I think I just fixed this - seems like cdevsw_attach() doesn't like 
having duplicate device registrations.  :)

If anyone has any working code that actually utilizes the opencrypto 
framework, I'd love to have a look.  Hopefully I could use it as the 
basis of a new set of regression tests.
