Not immediately. dhcpcd-5 in netbsd-6 is quite stable with no known critical bugs.dhcpcd-6 is very very new and hasn't had anywhere near as much widespread testing.
While I'm very confident of the stability of dhcpcd-6.0.0 I'm also very paranoid :) Once the pkgsrc freeze is over, I'll update dhcpcd there so older NetBSD systems can get it from there if needed.
