BBB reset failed, TIMEOUT



Hi,

a few days ago I tried sending a report as a reply to kern/32626
(http://gnats.netbsd.org/32626), but apparently it wasn't recorded.
Since then I've tried to upgrade from 6.1RC2 to current, but the problem
is still there.

The current kernel now also outputs some extra lines to dmesg:

My previous report, with updated dmesg.

After upgrading to 6.1 RC2, I've started experiencing the same issue.
Every night, during the generation of the daily report, the USB hard
drive generates quite a lot of these errors:

umass0: BBB reset failed, TIMEOUT
umass0: BBB bulk-in clear stall failed, TIMEOUT
umass0: BBB bulk-out clear stall failed, TIMEOUT

After that I cannot cleanly shutdown, nor kill -9 some processes. I
don't recall this happening with 6.0, but maybe the drive just had less
data (i.e. there are backup copies of the old filesystems now).
