nfs tests are broken (on port amd64)

With the most recent commit to tests/fs/common/nfsrpc/svc.c the build 
has been fixed, but the nfs tests are timing out:

In turn, this unexpected amount of time causes the entire anita test 
cycle to take longer than the allotted time (2 1/2 hours) and prevents 
running to completion.
