build break - port amd64 and others

Several ports are broken currently, with the following error.

#    create  ramdisk/ramdisk.fs

 32,nbmakefs: Writing inode 16 (work/./sysinst), bytes 49152 + 4096: Resource 
temporarily unavailable
Populating `ramdisk.fs.tmp'

This affects the amd64, evbarm-eb, evbarm-el, evbppc, evbsh3-el, i386, 
sparc, sparc64, and sun2 ports.
