6.99.12/smd64: panic on HP Proliant DL140 G3 (ciss(4) driver)



I'm trying to setup a NetBSD bulk build farm on HP Proliant DL140 G3.
For installation I used yesterdays's 6.0-RC2 iso image.  After a couple
of kernel panic (described below) I finally installed the NetBSD. Kernel
panic happens not always but with very high probability. Obviously
installed system doesn't boot too for the same reason (with 6.0_RC2
there were no any successfull attempts at all). However, Zafer's
jibbed-5.1 boots normally without any problem. I tried it five times and
the system always booted normally. With its help I installed current
6.99.12/amd64 kernel which sometimes boots but crashes very often.

entered ddb, my keyboard didn't work, so I'm not sure about backtrace.
