NetBSD 6.99.10 pgdaemon cpu usage

Hi,

On my development system I can see this strange behaviour where pgdaemon and
xcall kernel threads are using almost 1/4 of system all them time. Even in case
that system is idle. Is this normal behaviour ?

96 threads: 25 idle, 1 runnable, 62 sleeping, 8 on CPU
CPU states: 0.0% user, 0.0% nice, 28.5% system, 0.0% interrupt, 71.4% idle
Memory: 303M Act, 211M Inact, 8K Wired, 10M Exec, 466M File, 2232M Free
Swap: 3327M Total, 3327M Free
