I don't know when this started happening, because I rarely reboot my
desktop machine. I only started turning it off more due to the heat :)
My keyboard is connected via USB, and doesn't seem active at this
point (at least CTRL-T doesn't print anything further).
Has anyone else seen this?
I've had similar hangs for a "long time" (12 months or more) where the
system will hang while setting clocks via ntp.
