The NetBSD-6.99.7-amd64.iso I downloaded today from the autobuilds
works for me:

-rw-r--r-- 1 martin wheel 350269440 May 20 03:44 NetBSD-6.99.7-amd64.iso
SHA1 (NetBSD-6.99.7-amd64.iso) = 327719858ac5bcf9968e71439a8d2e1084f525b1

I downloaded it here:
http://nyftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/HEAD/201205192330Z/iso/NetBSD-6.99.7-amd64.iso

Extend anita (pretty simple) to optionally use an iso image for i386/amd64
and run half of the tests with CD images instead of floppies.
