amdtemp still not working correctly

With kernel and modules updated at 04:30 UTC today, loading the amdtemp 
module fails to instantiate any devices.  It fails on both my Phenom II 
X6 1090T and my FX-8150

On 6.99.2, it works as expected:

(from the Phenom II X6)

# dmesg | grep pchb4
