If you've built a system in the last couple of hours, you may find that 
you have

        $DESTDIR/usr/tests/modules/k_helper3/k_helper3

This was incorrect, as the helper program should not have been installed 
in its own subdirectory.

The install has been corrected.  But if you already have this extra 
subdirectory, an update build will fail (since it cannot install the 
program in place of the directory).  To resolve this, simply

        rm -r $DESTDIR/usr/tests/modules/k_helper3

to remove both the program and its directory.
