RAIDframe parity maps.

Yes, it has.

Both.

It is on by default on new RAID volumes. On existing RAID volumes you
have to use "raidctl -M yes raid<n>" and reboot the machine afterwards.

You can also use "raidctl -m raid<n>" to check whether parity maps
are enabled:

# raidctl -m raid1
raid1: parity map enabled with 4096 regions of 70MB
raid1: regions marked clean after 8 intervals of 40.000s
raid1: write/sync/clean counters 12061564/33654/1586
raid1: 24 dirty regions
raid1: parity map will remain enabled on next configure

        Kind regards
