i386 netbsd-5 diagnostic panic: ksi_flags & KSI_QUEUED

Hello.

I am able to trigger the following panic:

panic: kernel diagnostic assertion "(ksi -> ksi_flags & KSI_QUEUED) = 0" 
failed: file "/usr/src/sys/kern/kern_sig.c", line 550

with backtrace:
sigput
kpsignal2
sys_kill

It happens after using opera (package opera-11.01 from pkgsrc-2011Q1) - 
I close the opera window the normal way, but the opera processes are 
visible in process list even after that. Upon shutdown occurs the panic.

Environment: netbsd-5 branch date 2011/04/13, i386.
