i386 5.99.48 Update ffs module load fails?

Hi All,

I just tried to update my VMWare i386 from 5.99.45 --> 5.99.48

Kernel is GENERIC

After the boot loader I get a message:
Loading /stand/i386/5.99.48/modules/ffs/ffs.kmod

Then the boot sequence starts and I see:
NetBSD 5.99.48 (GENERIC) ....[snip - just showing I got the right kernel]
[...]

Am I doing something wrong or is something broke?
I did not see anything in the UPDATING document on this?
