I think this is one of places where "glue languages" (e.g. Lua,
but whatever similar) are utilized?  Once library wrapper is written
& built, we can do anything (in theory).

Another idea along this line is to have syscall wrapper libraries
of all platforms including !NetBSD so that we can test syscall
emulation.
