It is difficult to say, most devices do not seem not to be affected
(on my computers). That said, the toggle persistency problem is
not present in ohci(4) which might explain why the hardware
worked (as reported in the PR) with ohci(4) but not ehci(4).
Do the reporters still have the hardware to try the patch?
