Odd, I've never seen such errors.

I made them to be put there to generate and check various set related lists.
Note that those files will never end up in distributed set files (base.tgz,
...).  I know these should be better placed in ${.OBJDIR}...  But that needs
a little hassle because of how those scripts are run from distrib/sets/Makefile.

In any case, this error is my fault...
