Hi!

Crosscompiling -current/cobalt on my -current/amd64 machine fails at:

      build  librump/librump.so.0.0
  
/usr/u/NetBSD/HEAD/tools-cobalt/lib/gcc/mipsel--netbsd/4.1.3/../../../../mipsel--netbsd/bin/ld:
 librump.a(ptree.o): relocation R_MIPS_HI16 against `a local symbol' can not be 
used when making a shared object; recompile with -fPIC
  librump.a(ptree.o): could not read symbols: Bad value
  collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

What am I missing?
